The Fifth Annual Traveling T-Girl Summertime Road Party

Pensacola, Florida

This years road party was slightly different from the previous ones, as the only traveling we did was to one city Pensacola, Florida.  Originally we had discussed doing this years road party in Orlando and Tampa, however as we got closer to the date we decided that this year would be a little different.  So, instead of the usual two city event we stayed in one location, beautiful Pensacola, Florida.  With the exception of the fact that some of us flew to Pensacola, while other drove, that was as close to being a road party as it got.  For the most part this was just a great weekend spent at CAT spacious estate nestled in the rolling hills of Florida's panhandle.  Although I was visiting, I felt very much at home, although you could easily fit my apartment into CAT's master bedroom.  Anyway, this year it was about relaxing and having fun starting with cooking out at home late Friday afternoon, then getting dressed and visiting a couple of the local clubs.  Saturday morning was sleeping in late followed by a nice breakfast at home and the rest of the day to relax, and go shopping for the evening meal.  As you can see from a few photos, there was also some pool time for those that wanted to indulge, or like me you could lounge around and watch.  Once again on Saturday we cooked out, then got dressed and headed for the Ramada Inn for a quiet evening of socializing and piano music.  At the end of the evening we stopped to thank the piano player, who by the way turned out to be Chrissie Darling's personal attorney.  It seems that because if her reputation on the road he follows her around just to handle any disputes that might arise.  As it is this works out good for both of them, as he is an excellent attorney and always wanted to tour the Ramada Inn/Holiday circuit.  Missing from this years road trip was our friend and sister, and also the  "Shoe Queen" competitor, "Princess Samantha" who has found some extra work as a ballroom dancer and technical advisor to a popular and well known cable TV show.
