Lauren Thomas

Lauren Thomas is a Texas-born actress currently residing in Orlando, Fl. She is currently pursuing a BFA in Theatre Performance and a BFA in Technical Theatre with a focus in Stage Management at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Fl. 

In her time at Florida Southern, Lauren has had the opportunity to share her talents in roles such as Queen Gertrude in Hamlet and Callie Pax in Stop Kiss. Lauren is currently in rehearsals for Five Women Wearing the Same Dress as Trisha at Florida Southern College. 


In the Summer of 2022, Lauren had the privilege of working as an Administrative Assistant and Residential Advisor Intern at the Joffrey Ballet School. 

She spent six weeks in NYC and three weeks in Las Vegas, NV where she got to aid the esteemed artistic directors of the company and work alongside students in the development of their growth through the program as well pursue her love of dance and art from an administrative perspective.

Joffrey Ballet School

In the Summer of 2022, Lauren worked as an Administrative and Residential Advisor intern for the Joffrey Ballet School in NYC and Las Vegas.

Florida Southern College

Lauren will appear as Mrs. Van Daan in The Diary of Anne Frank at Florida Southern College. 

A Dallas, TX girl who moved to Florida just over five years ago, Lauren is has been a lover of theatre from a young age. Outside of her theatre education, at Florida Southern, she is the current president of Vagabonds (the leading theatrical organization on campus), president of Alpha Psi Omega, and a sister of Gamma Phi Beta.
